Two days a year, one in the Spring and one in the Fall, the Garden is open to artists to come paint or draw.  It is also open to photographers who want to photograph the Garden itself.  (Photographers who want to make family photos or model photos must obtain a permit and time reservation from the City of Fresno for another day by calling 621-2900.)
