Vendor Fee – Spring in the Garden

Thank you for your interest in participating in our Spring in the Garden event on Saturday, April 22, 2023. In order to confirm your participation, fill out the following form and submit payment by April 5, 2023.
Payment can be made:
1. Online, you will be redirected to the payment page as soon as you click “Submit.”
2. By mail to 323 W. Cromwell, Suite 101, Fresno, CA 93711, using a check or money order made to Shinzen Friendship Garden. Make a note in the comments section of this registration form that payment will be submitted via mail.
