All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is defective or arrives damaged.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or defective item
Once we review your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item, if necessary. If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, Shinzen Friendship Garden will, at our discretion:
Replace the item at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund to your original method of payment if a replacement is unavailable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
Items purchased in error
Incorrect size or color selection
Change of mind
Gift purchases
Normal wear and tear
