Slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your thoughts through the calming practice of mindful journaling. Set within the peaceful surroundings of Shinzen Garden, this workshop invites participants to explore writing as a tool for reflection, creativity, and personal awareness.
Through guided prompts and gentle mindfulness exercises, participants will learn how journaling can help capture moments of beauty, process thoughts, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence. Drawing inspiration from the garden’s seasonal blooms, textures, and tranquil atmosphere, you’ll be encouraged to observe closely and translate those moments into meaningful written reflections.
This workshop is designed for writers of all levels—whether you are an experienced journal keeper or simply curious about using writing as a mindful practice.
