During this engaging presentation and demonstration, participants will discover the stories woven into kimono fabrics, patterns, colors, and styles while gaining a deeper understanding of the garment’s cultural significance in Japanese society Led by an experienced instructor, this workshop offers a rare opportunity to learn about the evolution of the kimono, the occasions for which different styles are worn, and the intricate techniques involved in dressing and accessorizing this elegant attire.
