Have you ever wondered about the birds you see and hear around you? Join us for Introduction to Birding, a beginner-friendly workshop that will open your eyes to the fascinating world of birds and the joy of observing them in nature.
Set within the peaceful landscapes of Shinzen Garden, this class will introduce participants to the fundamentals of birdwatching, including how to identify common species by sight and sound, use binoculars effectively, and observe bird behavior in a respectful and meaningful way.
The Garden’s diverse habitats—including ponds, trees, shrubs, and open spaces—attract a variety of resident and migratory birds, making it an ideal setting for beginning birders to practice their skills while enjoying the beauty of nature.
