Roger Tsuruda Gives History of Shinzen to the Fresno County Historical Society
My name is Cami Cipolla, I am the Director of Educational Programs for the Fresno County Historical Society. I am working on a project and curriculum that is designed to educate and inform our community about local businesses, community members, organizations, and sites that promote our diverse cultural heritage and local community.
These interviews will be used for Fresno Unified and Fresno State curriculum, and it will also be on our socials, website, and YouTube channel. The idea and concept is to make amazing people, places, and organizations in our community get the notoriety and recognition they deserve. The local businesses, community members, organizations, and sites that are chosen to be featured for this project are chosen because of the amazing contributions they make to our local community and are truly living our belief- that we here in the Valley are making history every day in our community.
